Do you have a gently used gown, shoes or accessories taking up space in your closet? Get into the spirit of spring cleaning while also helping someone who can't afford a dress for the prom. Donate your special occasion clothing to The Prom Boutique, an annual event hosted by the Junior League of Long Island and the Long Island Volunteer Center this Saturday, April 4 from 12 to 4 p.m. at participating collection sites.

Donate your special occasion clothing to The Prom Boutique, an annual event hosted by the Junior League of Long Island and the Long Island Volunteer Center this Saturday, April 4 from 12 to 4 p.m. at participating collection sites.
In its 15th year, the Prom Boutique helps high school students on Long Island who can't afford dresses for their proms, graduation or sweet sixteen parties.
Collection sites are:
- Junior League of Long Island Thrift Shop
, 1395 Old Northern Boulevard, Roslyn will take donations through April 11th.
- Girl Scouts of Nassau County Headquarters, 110 Ring Road West, Garden City
- Westy Self Storage, 65 West John Street, Hicksville
- From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. only at Mulcahy's Pub & Concert Hall, 3232 Railroad Avenue, Wantagh AND 1702 Middle Country Road, Centereach
- Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 53 Prospect Road, Centerport
- Daniel Gale-Sotheby International Realty, 5 Main Street, Cold Spring Harbor
