If you want to feel healthier and you need help quitting smoking or chewing tobacco, you don't have to do it on your own. You can get FREE help.

Nicotine Anonymous - Ann's Hope is a 12-step program of recover that meets every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Huntington Hospital, 270 Park Avenue, Huntington, NY.

Visitors are welcome at all meetings, but if you come on the third Wednesday of each month, there's a special welcome for those thinking about becoming new members. The program is absolutely FREE. There are no dues or fees. The only requirement for membership is a desire to be free of nicotine addiction.

Again, all are welcome, even those who are already using cessation programs and nicotine withdrawal aids. Nicotine Anonymous offers group support and recovery using the 12 steps adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous.
