FREE Movies on the Harbor in Port Jefferson

Since July, the Port Jefferson Village Center at Harborfront Park has offered its FREE Movies on the Harbor series. The film showings will continue through the end of this month.

The films start at dusk at 101-A East Broadway in Port Jefferson, NY, and they're open to all -- residents as well as non-residents. All movies are outdoors, so please bring your own chair or blanket so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the films.

The remaining movies for this season are:

• Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince: August 10. Rain date: August 11.
• The Maltese Falcon: August 17. Rain date: August 18.
• G-Force: August 24. Rain date: August 25.
• New Moon: August 31. Rain date: September 1.
