Town of North Hempstead Opens Comfort Stations for Residents Still Without Power

The Town of North Hempstead has announced that in response to power outages from Hurricane Sandy and the current Nor'easter, they have opened comfort stations for residents to charge their electronics, to have a cup of coffee, to access wifi and to take a hot shower. This is all FREE of charge for residents. For more details on the three state-of-the-art facilities, they ask that you call (516) TOWN 311.
