New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Northern Boulevard, Old Westbury, NY has announced that a CBS bus will be stationed in the North Parking Lot off Campus Drive at NYIT - Old Westbury (main campus entrance) today, Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 12:30 to 4 p.m. They are asking people to donate the following items, which will be distributed to victims of Hurricane Sandy:
- extension cords
- flashlights
- batteries
- generators
- heaters
- cleaning products
- formula
- diapers
- shovels
- gloves
- large trash bags
- space blankets
- blankets
