Are you among the many people who had to abandon your car on the Long Island Expressway or other places during the blizzard that covered our area in snow during the February 2013 storm? And now you're wondering just where your vehicle is. Help is on the way. The Suffolk County Police Department has set up a special hotline to help your find your car if it was buried under the snow or otherwise left on a highway or other road. Please call (631) 775-2001 for more information and to find out the location of your vehicle. In addition, Suffolk has asked tow truck companies to call this hotline as well, to give the whereabouts and makes of cars that they have towed after the storm.
