Financial Aid/Scholarships: Stony Brook University offers scholarships based on merit alone and on merit and financial need. All students who have been admitted are considered for scholarships. State and Federal financial aid is also available to those who qualify.

Although there isn't a formal deadline, the school recommends prospective students apply by December 1st.
Graduate Application Deadline: January 15th for the fall semester; October 1st for the spring semester.
