Guide Review - Nassau County Museum of Art
The Nassau County Museum of Art is located on 145 acres in Roslyn Harbor. The museum houses a permanent collection of fine art, as well as ever-changing exhibitions. As you enter the grounds of the museum be sure to notice the sculpture garden. Some of the sculptures are part of the Museum's permanent collection while others are on loan from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art. When weather permits, take a walk through the formal gardens, designed by landscape architect Marian Coffin in 1925. Admission to the Museum includes same-day admission to the Tee Ridder Miniatures Museum.
