Blackwells at Great Rock - Christmas Eve Holiday BuffetBlackwells Restaurant at Great Rock, Great Rock Golf Club, 141 Fairway Drive, Wading River, NY,(631) 929-1800, is offering a Christmas Eve Holiday Buffet presented by executive chef Chris Gerdes on Monday, December 24, 2012 from 3 to 7 p.m. The cost is $42.95 per person plus tax and service charge, $20.95 per child ages 3-12 and free for those under age 3. The prix fixe menu costs $80 per person plus tax and 18 percent gratuity for each adult and $40 for children under 12. The first course includes a choice of crisp spiced tiger shrimp, butternut squash risotto and other choices. The second course is a salt roasted beet salad with blue cheese, candied walnuts and aged sherry dressing. Entree selections include the East Coast lobster fettucini, seared fennel scented king salmon and more. Save room for dessert.
