The prix fixe menu costs $80 per person plus tax and 18 percent gratuity for each adult and $40 for children under 12. The first course includes a choice of crisp spiced tiger shrimp, butternut squash risotto and other choices. The second course is a salt roasted beet salad with blue cheese, candied walnuts and aged sherry dressing. Entree selections include the East Coast lobster fettucini, seared fennel scented king salmon and more. Save room for dessert.
