2. Cradle of Aviation Museum
The Cradle of Aviation is a world-class museum that celebrates Long Island's significant role in the history of flight. The museum can hold a sleepover for your scouting group. There is a minimum of 50 attendees, and there must be one adult present for every four children. Scout Sleepovers at the Cradle of Aviation include a guided tour, a Scout-related activity, scavenger hunt, bedtime snack breakfast and more.

3. The Long Island Children's Museum
The Long Island Children’s Museum features both Scout sleepovers ---which you reserve for your children's troop-- and a regularly scheduled Family Overnight (often held in January) with different themes. Kids have time to explore the museum, learn about popular subjects like archaeology, magic and forensics, all with traditional camping elements like the museum’s virtual “campfire.” Each overnight includes an interactive theater experience, a bedtime snack and a continental breakfast in the morning.

4. The Science Museum of Long Island
Looking for a sleepover adventure for your Scouting troop? The Science Museum of Long Island offers Scout Sleepovers with fun, educational themes for different age groups.
