The Bottom Line
Overlooking Georgica Pond, the restaurant is known as one of the best eateries in the Hamptons. With white tablecloths draping over each table, candles at each table, and jazz playing softly in the background, Georgica is a great place to impress your date or for a night on the town with friends and family.

Guide Review - Georgica Restaurant & Lounge Review
Tables near the window offer a view of the tranquil pond, but you'll be comfortable sitting anywhere at this dining establishment where the soft tones of its walls and ceilings, along with ceiling fans a la Casablanca, add a welcoming touch. There's also a bar for those who wish to stop in for a drink and conversation.
If you're not on a diet... or if you are, but still want to give your taste buds a thrill, start with the White Truffle Five Cheese Ravioli, which I highly recommend. It's topped with a luscious Gouda cream and flavored with fresh sage. Other palate pleasing starters include the Coconut Curry Mussels in a light broth, the Maryland Lump Crab Cake with roasted corn relish and Southwest aioli, or the Seared Diver Scallops with country corn pudding, quail egg and maple-glazed bacon in a savory apple cider reduction.
My husband and I also enjoyed the Watermelon and Heirloom Tomato Salad, a surprising and sublime combination of delicately sliced tomatoes and watermelon, paired with feta cheese, micro basil and Athena vinairgrette.
Entrees range from the rich, creamy Mushroom Risotto, served with asparagus tips, Mascarpone cheese and black truffle honey to the 14 oz. Prime Angus New York Strip, Dill Crusted Salmon with roasted fennel, plum tomato and Meyer lemon caper crème sauce and more. All are excellent and served with a creative presentation.
If you're looking for luscious, creative side dishes and you love the earthy taste of truffles, don't miss the White Truffle Parmesan Pomme Frites or the White Truffle Lobster Mac and Cheese.
Desserts are creative and delicious. We enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake with strawberries, which were placed artistically against the culinary canvas of a large white plate.
