What was the item you wanted to return?
I purchase a camera at Best Buy in Bay Shore being there were know demo models the sale rep said I coul return it if not happy. He never mentioned there would be a restocking fee of 15%
What went right or wrong when you returned the item?
After using the camera I found it to be of low quality, when returning the camerea they charged me 15% restocking fee and the manager was a young inexperienced rude and hartless. I told her I would Have my credit card refuse to pay the 15% (which they did) and she said that It wouldn't happen. Ha.
Lessons Learned
- Stay away from places like Best Buy, their staff, including management are young and inexperienced. I've seen a man screaming...Best Buy Sucks!!! when I purchased my camera, I should have took a hint. I purchase all my electronic needs at P.C. Richards.
